Fans lined the Hermosa Beach Pier Wednesday morning to watch the team beach event, the first official event of the 2015 Reebok CrossFit Games.. The top 40 teams around the world consisting of three men and three women persist through a tough event - a combination of deadlifts on the "worm", a series sandbags encased in a sleeve and rescue-sled swimming around the Hermosa Beach pier. The first individual and team event took place at the Hermosa Beach Pier in Southern California on Wednesday morning. The soccer stadium at the Stub Hub Center in Carson, Calif. getting prepped for competition which start live Friday, July 24 at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN.
