ESPN reporter Shannon Spake completed her first Sprint Triathlon on Saturday. Spake trained for six weeks, sometimes for 2-3 hours a day, leading up to the event. Spake with her two sons, Brady (L) and Liam (R), after finishing the triathlon. Spake said, "Despite the fact that it was raining throughout the event, the lost bike chain and the last half mile of the run was uphill (seriously) I loved it and have already started training for my next one on August 19th."
